Sufret Maryam is a Levantine restaurant at Wasl 51 in Jumeirah 1, Dubai. This is a source-based planning guide, not a first-hand dining review. Our earlier JLT address and repeated-visit claims were incorrect or unsupported and have been removed.

Where to go and how to plan the journey
Use the restaurant’s own directions link for Sufret Maryam at Wasl 51, Jumeirah 1. Do not use the old Cluster D pin or plan a walk from DMCC Metro: those directions belong to a different part of Dubai. Check a live route from your actual starting point and leave room for traffic. Confirm parking and step-free access directly if either determines your choice; we have not verified a parking entitlement or an accessible route.
Opening hours: check your date before travelling
The operator website lists noon to midnight every day. However, the Google Maps listing reached through its directions link shows Monday closed, checked on 7 September 2026. These sources disagree. Call +971 50 417 2272 or use the official reservation page to confirm your date, the kitchen’s last order and any special service. A breakfast section in the menu does not establish morning opening hours.
Menu and a transparent budget example
The English/Arabic PDF currently linked by the operator is in its November 2025 menu directory. The examples below are listed menu prices, not a live quote, a tasting recommendation or a promise that every dish is available. For a starting budget, hummus plus fattoush plus mixed grill totals 195 AED before drinks, dessert or extra dishes. Portion suitability depends on your group; this is not a guaranteed complete meal for two. Ask about additions and current prices before ordering.
- Hummus: 36 AED
- Fattoush: 43 AED
- Mix Grill: 116 AED
- Mansaf: 105 AED
Dietary needs and choosing dishes
Use the menu’s ingredient and allergen information to make a shortlist, then ask the restaurant about preparation and cross-contact. Do not assume a dish is vegan or gluten-free because its name sounds vegetable-based. We have not independently verified halal certification, child facilities or kitchen procedures. For a group, confirm dietary requirements, seating and cancellation terms before reserving rather than relying on the old review’s assurances.
Recognition, not a DubaiSpots tasting score
Michelin’s 2025 announcement included Sufret Maryam among its new Bib Gourmand restaurants and identifies it as Chef Salam Dakkak’s second venture. That historical recognition is retained with its year; it is not a Michelin star or evidence that our team visited. We are not publishing an unsupported numerical dining score. Check Michelin’s current listing for its latest selection.
