1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dubaispots.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). The Platform is owned and operated by Drylab GmbH, Stethaimerstr. 32, 84034 Landshut, Germany ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Scope of Service

DubaiSpots provides a digital travel planning platform, including a proprietary Budget Calculator, curated itineraries, and travel guides. We provide information for educational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking agent.

3. The Budget Calculator & Information Disclaimer

Our "Budget Calculator" is a high-performance estimation tool designed to provide travel projections based on historical data and current market averages.

Estimations Only: All figures, costs, and itineraries generated by the Calculator are estimations and are not guaranteed. Actual prices in Dubai vary based on seasonality, availability, and merchant discretion.
No Financial Advice: The information provided by the Calculator does not constitute financial or professional travel advice.
Liability: Drylab GmbH shall not be held liable for any financial discrepancies between our estimations and the actual costs incurred during your travel.

4. Affiliate Disclosure & Third-Party Links

The Platform contains affiliate links to third-party providers, including Expedia Group and GetYourGuide.

Contractual Relationship: When you click an affiliate link and complete a booking, you are entering into a direct contract with that third-party provider. Drylab GmbH is not a party to that contract.
No Liability for Third Parties: We do not control, and are not responsible for, the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by third-party vendors. Any disputes regarding bookings, refunds, or service quality must be resolved directly with the provider (e.g., Expedia or GetYourGuide).

5. Car Rental Lead Generation Service

DubaiSpots operates a luxury car rental inquiry service that connects users with partner rental companies in the United Arab Emirates. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Lead Generation Platform: DubaiSpots acts solely as a lead generation and referral platform. We are not a car rental agency, broker, or dealer. We do not own, lease, or operate any vehicles.
Data Sharing Consent: By submitting an inquiry through any car rental form on this Platform (including the "Check Availability" form, the Supercar Personality Quiz, or the Mobility Calculator), and by checking the consent checkbox, you expressly consent to your contact details and rental preferences being shared with one or more of our partner rental companies for the purpose of fulfilling your inquiry.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, condition, or quality of any vehicle listed or referenced on this Platform. All vehicle images, specifications, and pricing are indicative only and may vary.
Third-Party Contracts: Any rental agreement entered into as a result of your inquiry is a direct contract between you and the partner rental company. Drylab GmbH is not a party to any such agreement.
No Liability: Drylab GmbH shall not be held liable for any disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising from your interactions with, or services provided by, any partner rental company. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle condition, insurance coverage, damage disputes, security deposits, and cancellation policies.
Pricing Disclaimer: The pricing information displayed on this Platform (including the Mobility Calculator and Supercar Index) is based on market estimates and historical data. Actual rental rates are determined solely by the partner rental company and may differ from the figures shown.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The "DubaiSpots" brand, the "Ferrari-Speed" web architecture (Astro/Vercel configuration), the Budget Calculator logic, and all original content (text, graphics, logos) are the exclusive property of Drylab GmbH.

Prohibited Use: You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our 129+ programmatic itineraries or calculator data without express written permission. Unauthorized use of our "Semantic Bridge" content architecture is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

Using any automated system (robots, spiders) to access the Platform in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.
Attempting to interfere with the technical integrity of our Vercel-hosted infrastructure.
Using the Platform to commit any criminal offense or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense under German or UAE law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drylab GmbH, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of:

Your use or inability to use the Platform.
Errors or inaccuracies in the content or the Budget Calculator.
Personal injury or property damage resulting from your travel based on our itineraries.
Technical failures of our serverless functions or third-party email providers (e.g., Resend).

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of €100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drylab GmbH from and against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the information provided on the Platform.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Primary Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of Jurisdiction: The courts of Landshut, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your region (such as the UAE) dictate otherwise.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Platform (including the Budget Calculator) or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
