What Kinoya currently publishes
Kinoya describes its Dubai concept through two linked formats: ramen and izakaya. The official page currently presents Shio, Shoyu, Miso and Wontonmen ramen, then broader categories covering chicken, meat, fish, vegetables, kobachi, tempura, sushi and dessert. Use the current food-menu link for the live selection rather than relying on a dish list copied from an old review.
The previous DubaiSpots page asserted an 18-hour pork broth, handmade noodles, fixed AED 55-75 prices and a universal best-ramen verdict. Those details are not established by the current Dubai page and have been removed. Kinoya’s London menu is a different market and is not evidence for Dubai ingredients, prices or preparation times.
Current hours and last orders
The official Dubai page says Monday is closed. Tuesday through Thursday, the restaurant is listed from noon to 1 AM with the kitchen closing at 11:30 PM. Friday through Sunday, the restaurant is also listed from noon to 1 AM, while the kitchen closes at 11:45 PM. The page separately states ramen last orders at 4:45 PM and 11:30 PM.
A restaurant closing time is not the same as the last time every dish can be ordered. If ramen is the purpose of the trip, choose a reservation time that precedes the stated last order and confirm it in the booking response. Seasonal or private-event changes should be checked again on the day.
Booking, access and Michelin context
Kinoya’s website includes a booking-request form and says the team will respond to confirm the reservation; submitting the form is not itself confirmation. It lists The Onyx Tower 2 on Sheikh Zayed Road, next to Zabeel House Hotel, with P2 parking and valet service. The page estimates a ten-minute walk from Dubai Internet City Metro Station or a nine-minute F31 bus journey.
The current Michelin Guide page lists Kinoya at the same address as a Japanese restaurant in the $$ band and advises contacting the restaurant directly for bookings. Michelin describes ramen alongside sushi, sashimi, robata and tempura. DubaiSpots attributes that description to Michelin and does not convert it into its own anonymous rating.
How to plan the visit
- Open Kinoya’s current Dubai food menu before choosing a dish.
- Submit a booking request and wait for the restaurant’s confirmation.
- Plan around the published kitchen and ramen last-order times.
- Ask the restaurant directly about allergens, pork, alcohol and dietary substitutions.
- Treat crowd and waiting-time reports as date-specific, not guaranteed conditions.
Methodology and sources
DubaiSpots checked the sources below on 2026-08-25. Facts are attributed to their publishers; source review is not evidence of an on-site visit. Where an operator source was unavailable, the page says so and avoids treating a listing as operator confirmation.
